In 2019 I embarked on a personal challenge of 100 Days of Health. I kept it going for 134 days, and then after a couple of weeks of reintroducing acidity back into my life, I realised just how good I had been feeling on my 2019 challenge. But it doesn’t have to be 100 days. Or 30 days. Or 14 days. The purpose of this page is to share s...ome practical and easy tips and ideas to make part of every day, or some days, or maybe10 days healthy. I’m excited to have this all here in one place. Each Monday night the team at Walk With Us feed many families and indiviuals at Burleigh Heads. Due to the Coronavirus we have had to abandon this until further notice. It broke my heart last night when they were told. My role at WWU is as the Nutrition Plus ambassador. 07.01.2022 2 days of cultural immersion. The past 2 days I have had the honour of being in the company of Aboriginal Elder Uncle Paul, and a number of members of the Nutrition Plus board. I am so grateful for the opportunity to learn from these amazing people who are truly making a difference and breaking down barriers. We have so much to learn. Filling my cup with new knowledge and experiences is also part of my health journey
