25.01.2022 What a crazy year it has been and as a result our AGM is still currently on hold. While restrictions are now currently easing we are hoping we will soon be able to go ahead. You don't need a lot of time, just a can do attitude & work well in teams.... We meet once a month every month in the lead up to the festival

21.01.2022 What a scary time for our little community We understand how stressful and uncertain things are, especially for little and local businesses. So we want to help, know a small business that has been impacted in our local community? Maybe a cafe that's now offering take away?... Please DM our page and we will share these small businesses and their changes with everyone, help gey the word out! Remember to support local and help your local community when we need it most.

You might remember those cheeky goats. ... 17.01.2022 Well, that's a wrap Week long festivities have now concluded for another year! While the Party in the Park - Ficifolia Festival, unfortunately didn't deliver the weather we ordered, we are so greatful to everyone who still came out to have a bit of fun with us we seen some pretty cool dance moves especially from one of our committee members Clem ... We hope everyone had as much fun as we did

17.01.2022 If you guessed Benny Lucas, the man himself you are right! So introducing our 2021 President, Benny Lucas ... Here is what he had to say: "It’s an honour to have been invited and nominated to be president of the Ficifolia Festival Committee. Some of the best memories I have as a kid, were riding my bike to civic park on a warm February day to spend all day on the giant slip ‘n slide and all evening at party in the park. I am a local business owner, a football club president and a candidate for the upcoming council elections. Why would I do all of this you ask? Because I want to and because I can. I have the time and giving back to the community is such a rewarding experience. I urge anyone that would like to help us make the 33rd festival the best one yet to make contact with us. Fingers crossed we see you in Feb!"

17.01.2022 Did you know the Ficifolia Festival Committee are currently working hard behind the scenes to bring you a COVID safe event in Feb 2021 In hope that COVID restrictions have eased a bit more we are making sure we have a plan ready to hit the go button on! We know it has been a rough year for many, so we are hoping we will be able to come together as a community and celebrate.... Are you looking forward to be able to come together as a community?

06.01.2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING As we all know, 2020 has been quite the year. Stressful, unpredictable and completely alike no other.... We were hopeful we would be able to have our AGM without restrictions but as the end of the year draws closer we have had to, adapt, compromise and overcome. This years AGM will be held on as an online meeting through Zoom.
