Some of you might know that earlier this year Paul climbed Mt Aconcagua to raise money and awareness of men’s mental health, the physical mountain was a metaphor for the mountains we battle internally. We are back on the fundraising band wagon getting ready for 2021 aiming to bring more events to men and raise money to donate to organisation...s assisting men overcome their mental health demons.
