03.01.2022 Last Saturday evening we catered for the Freeling Fliers Basketball Club. On the menu for entree was Tortellini with Rose Sauce & Warm Chicken Salad. Mains was Beef Fillet Tenderloins with Red Wine Gravy & Chicken Supreme with Garlic Cream Sauce all served with Parsley Potatoes & Sauteed Vegetables.
