23.01.2022 Here is today’s free work our guys, today is all about the kids! First we played rob the nest 3 min on 1 min rest x3. Then we played protect the nest 3 min on 1 min rest x3 and finished with find your letter and age number. We did it 6 times. Have fun guys live better live longer.

11.01.2022 Hi guys for those that don’t know me I am Jarrod owner of Fieldings Therapies and fitness. I know a lot of people are finding life tough at the moment. So while I have plenty of time on my hands and people are working hard to keep us all safe. I want to help you stay healthy and safe at home with some workouts for free. I will train equipment free so work outs can be done anywhere. If you want to give me something in return like, share, follow, review my social media pages an...d google business to help me get back on my feet when we can all open our doors again. Today’s session - warm up for 5-10 min before you start and stretch down after the workout. Do 10 reps on each cone (I only demonstrated 1-2 reps to keep the video shorter). If you can not monkey crawl walk or jog between cones. My cones were about 6 m apart until Angus played with them haha. Keep safe everyone. Live better live longer.

02.01.2022 When you train aim to make it hurt. Don’t listen to the little voice inside your head saying give up when it hurts push past it that is where you will improve the most.
01.01.2022 Today’s free workout 20sec on 10sec off max effort. Do each exercise x4 before moving onto next exercise. Do 4 sets. Burpee military press Push up mountain climb Jump lung squat jump ... Russian twist bicycle crunch Have a couple of minutes off between each set or what ever you feel you need. Warm up for 5-10 min before and stretch down afterwards.
