19.01.2022 Dear Bowlers, Please see important information attached and below regarding the commencement of ROLL UPS only. Roll Ups permitted in pairs ONLY ... You are under the age of 80 and in good health Roll Ups permitted with an empty rink space in between groups Roll Ups permitted on Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays Session times are 12pm-2pm and 2pm-4pm Cost of roll ups $10 payable by cash only as there will be no Eftpos facilities available. A nominated staff member or Bowls Committee member will collect and receipt monies, all monies collected will be banked together with donations to maintain the greens whilst the Club is closed due to Covid-19 You will be required to sign a declaration (once only) agreeing to the terms by which you are permitted to roll up. One person only to handle the mat and jack. Members are not to touch any other members bowls and must not use or borrow any equipment from another bowler Hand sanitiser will be provided and must be used prior to and at the conclusion of the roll up Top Green 3 groups of 2 permitted with a rink space in between groups Bottom Green 4 groups of 2 permitted with a rink space in between groups The Den will be opened for the use of bathrooms only, the Defibrillator and a first aid kit will be placed in the Den. Anyone breaching these days/and or times may be cited to appear before the Board and will jeopardise roll ups for other members, we trust you will do the right thing by your fellow bowlers. We have commenced using ServiceNSW QR code as instructed . Please show the staff member on duty that you have scanned in, if you are unable to scan in, please see a staff member. ... It is also now preferred that you ‘checkout’ when leaving the venue to assist with contact tracing should the need arise. A friendly reminder also that you just remain seated whilst consuming alcohol.

Food does not have to be purchased with a beverage We prefer tap and go as a payment method Patrons are now permitted to come to the bar Patrons MUST remain seated (this includes children) and co-mingling is not permitted Patrons must adhere to social distancing of 1.5m Bookings are limited to no more than 10 persons at any time with the exception of a wake. Bookings are preferred especially Wednesday-Sunday. Members and guests names will be recorded on a Covid 19 sign in sheet Remember if you are feeling unwell stay home!

14.01.2022 COVID19 Compliance Update as of Midnight 2 January 2021, it is compulsory for all hospitality staff to wear facemasks and any patron entering a gaming area. Our gaming area comprises of the gaming machines AND our EBT (TAB machine). You must wear a mask to enter this room NO EXCEPTIONS. Fines are $200 per person and are enforceable from Monday. ... 12.01.2022 Updated COVID-19 information Thursday 28 May- Sunday 31 May a maximum of 10 patrons permitted at any time, 1 June onwards (until NSW Government rulings change ) a maximum patrons on premises will be 50.... *During this time (28 May-31 May) any patron entering (maximum 10) must purchase food from the bar to consume beverages. All bookings must be made by phoning Kathy on 0416140767. * Whilst on the premises you agree to sanitise your hands on entry and exit. * If you display flu like symptoms, have travelled overseas in the past 14 days, or have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19, you agree not to enter the club premises. Staff have the right to ask a patron to leave if they believe they are showing symptoms of COVID-19. * All patrons including members must sign in and out of the Club. We are required to supply this information to any Government agency if requested. * Pizzas are available for sale from the bar. Sizes 6", 9" & 12". 01.01.2022 UPDATE: We have just been notified that Hunters Hill Club has been closed for deep cleaning . If you visited Hunters Hill Club between 12 noon and 3pm on Sunday 23rd Aug and are feeling unwell, and/or showing any flu/cold like symptoms, please refrain from coming to the Club , self isolate and get tested for Covid-19.... Ryde Secondary College has now been close for cleaning after a positive test/s. If a family member/friend attends the school and you have been in close contact with them PLEASE DO NOT visit the Club. They are in the process of contact tracing at the moment. If you are feeling unwell, and/or showing any flu/cold like symptoms, self isolate and get tested for Covid-19.

01.01.2022 COVID-19 Update as at 7:30pm Monday 21 December 2020 If you visited Macquarie Centre Sunday 13 December 2020 between 11am and 1pm, you are to self isolate and get tested. DO NOT come to the Club please, unless you get tested and receive a negative result. Xmas Eve musician Yohan will be singing Christmas Carols!... We have organised pop up marquis to allow for additional patrons outside with the new internal restrictions.
