25.01.2022 A walk around the patch this morning and sun is shining ,after the lovely rain last night . Bees are everywhere and butterflies galore ..So much new growth now Mandarin and peach covered in flowers and leaves filling in on all the deciduous trees ready for summer shade .. Chookies loving the bugs around .. Vegie garden looking good and green .. Things are really happening now at Fifi's Patch

Sun is shining, birds are flitting around everywhere.Peach tree is covered in buds and first flower today .. osteospernum's looking so bright as are the Calendulars .. Our girls all loving the sunshine and still getting one blue egg a day from Licorice .She likes to let everyone know she is the only one lol Happy gardening from Fifi's Patch

17.01.2022 Spring is in the air and my favourite time of year . Everything is waking up.. mulberry is shooting , pomegranate has new shoots everywhere ..and buds on all my fruit trees after the blossom has dropped off the almond .. Did i say i love spring .....

Well when you know you are doing the right thing, letting my parsley go to seed .....and then ....you hear a fast buzzing ,lots of different bees and fly's , ladybirds and then .... I see a little Blue Banded native bee on the tomato plant ...These little buzz pollinators move so fast, I just kept snapping and finally got a photo So happy at Fifi'spatch happy gardening

05.01.2022 Spring is in the air .. every sight and every sound . Birds are singing more ,shoots and buds on everything. Calendulars are showing off and mulberry is covered in fruit to ripen .The passionfruit is going nuts for the fourth year and The patch is finally waking up .. Happy gardening
