04.01.2022 This year we grew two varieties of potatoes, the English favorite 'Pink Fur Apple' and the Tasmanian favorite 'Pink Eye'. The bees have helped us out and they have cross polinated and given us potato berries which we will grow next season to hopefully create a new Fifth Oak Farm favorite.
