03.01.2022 There'll be some changes to Coach Narf's classes next term. Next Monday is a student free day so no classes (other than boxing squad). From Wednesday, Monday and Wednesdays will now be 3:45-4:30 Rookies and then Maia girls boxing from 4:30 - 5:15. Anyone in intermediate classes, please contact Leisa for more details. 02.01.2022 Super Kids! is a specifically tailored program for young people with diverse needs. This program builds confidence, as well as muscles; increases fitness, as well as self-esteem; and strengthens relationships, as well as positive neurological pathways. Each program is designed around the abilities of each Super Kid, so everyone feels safe, accepted and has fun. Throughout these play-based physical activities, Super Kids are also exercising their brain development, using fine and gross motor skills, as well as important core development.
