23.01.2022 It's was a cold and windy day in Sydney but still it was a great & beautiful day. The weather is the last thing to worry about compare to what is going on in this world atm. 19.01.2022 When people come to me for help to get fit, healthy and into shape they would love... there is 2 most important rules I asked them to follow from the start: No.1 Prepare your meals in advance, so in the morning you just grab it and go, and follow that meal plan made by me please! No. 2. Exercise at least an hour a day, every day. Do some kind of exercise daily ....just 1 hour out of 24 h a day...it’s not that much I asking for. ... ...and then the clients that follow my 2 rules reach their goal pretty much on time, the clients that are just cruising are still far behind! Eat well & exercise daily, do something for your body not just for the look, but because you respect yourself, love yourself and want to be happy, healthy & fit looking badas! - @milajj_6

Unlike many things in life where those of us who "over-train" may try to make things easier for ourselves to reduce overall stress levels; in exercise training and sports performance, we need to do the opposite. In exercise science terms, it is called the overload principle. The body will eventually adjust and your gains will remain the same unless you push yourself to the next level.

08.01.2022 Discipline in sports is key Are you discipline enough? Maybe a bit more of discipline is what you need to achieve more of your goals. Discipline helps you stay active, organized, have more self-control and stay focused. Those skills don't only apply in your sport they can also come in handy at school, work, and even at home. Once someone knows how to be disciplined they gain respect from others because being strict with yourself is very difficult.

07.01.2022 Always my No.1 back exercise #pullups I remember that time when I couldn’t perform even 1 rep. That was back then ...over 10 Years ago, when I was not lifting the way I should....either too light, too fast.... Once I’ve learn how important is #mindmuscleconnection and I started to focused on eccentric 3-5 sec tempo, my muscles starter to grow and my strength went up. Being motivated can only be in comparison to not being motivated.... Only if one is not happy can one know happiness similarly being motivated is felt only in comparing times when we are not. So allow yourself to accept this as part of life and don’t pressurise yourself to be motivated at all times. 02.01.2022 Why you don’t see your visible abdominal muscles after doing so many abs exercises? ...You can target your abs and core with resistance training that help with the muscles in that area, but you also need to lose overall body fat to see the definition in those abdominal muscles and that requires a combination of diet and exercise.
02.01.2022 #mondaymotivation Back day at @dohertysgym . Here and there I hear from my clients I have no motivation to do anything, is it something wrong with me?... My answer No, you’re human! I’d guess you’re the same as 99% of people out there; perhaps, 99.5% (if not more) but the benefit you have is you recognise you lack motivation and appreciate it’s something you should work on. People expect motivation to come from an external source. That it’s this energy flowing from out to in; but only into some people. The moment you realise motivation is little more than a recognition of a need to do something, you have taken a big first step into kicking your ass into action. You just have to get up and go. Don’t wait for anyone to give you permission in the same way you can’t wait for others to inspire you. Just make the choice and do it.

You create a calorie deficit by increasing the number of calories you burn and/or decreasing the amount of calories you take in from food. Increasing intensity is one way to burn more calories in less time. . If you never see your abs showing, your body fat around waist is either still too high to show the abs or you don’t have enough abdominal muscle thickn...ess, abdominal muscle development just yet or perhaps you lacking both. .
