23.01.2022 Hey Ladies, ZUMBA every Friday at Figures! Session times for Friday 30th December are: 7:30am-8:30am & 9:30am-10:30am and Saturday 31st December: 8.00am-9:00am & 10:00am-11.00am. ZUMBA is a fantastic fat-burning workout that is FUN and EASY to do! Don't miss out on our final fat-loss ZUMBA sessions for 2011!

07.01.2022 Wow, I can't believe it's been 5yrs today since we opened Figures!!! Unfortunately, sadly it's also the day I announce it's closure. On Monday 30th April Figures Fitness will cease operation. Thank you to all those who have been a part of such a special club that means so much to me. I hope you will all remain active, take pride in your health & fitness & please stay in touch with me. At this stage I need some time to wind things up with Figures.
