17.01.2022 Meet Chef @carlosvillaflor from @gallerybychele At just 27, Carlos Villaflor is Gallery by Cheles executive sous chef and co-owner. He considers his job as more than just a career. Its his calling. . He met his mentor, Chef @chefchelegonzalez in Boracay, where Carlos began his culinary career. Graduating from De La Salle University-St. Benildes Culinary Arts program, Carlos interned at Serena at ShangriLas Boracay Resort & Spa before joining Chef Chele at Gallery Vask.... . He currently works alongside Chef Chele as partners in Gallery by Chele. Through Gallery by Cheles innovative techniques, Carlos wants to change the Filipino mindset regarding our own food. Chef Jos Luis Chele Gonzalezs first Philippine restaurant Gallery Vask became one of the Philippines most acclaimed with two back-to-back accolades in Asias 50 Best Restaurants prestigious annual list.... Chef Chele is currently the driving force of @gallerybychele, continuing his collaboration with his culinary partner, @carlosvillaflor.
