18.01.2022 Push Up Tip - Drop Set Have you done any push ups today? Are you struggling to improve? Use a modified (easier) version for a drop set: 1) Execute push ups in your standard version (video eg. full push ups) ... 2) Continue repetitions until exhaustion (you can't do any more) 3) 'Drop' down to an easier version (video eg. knee push ups) 4) Continue repetitions until goal number is achieved, the end of the timed set, or until exhaustion *This will help improve your standard version **Push ups to country music will make you do them faster ***Your push ups (whole day) will improve if your exercise mat is perfectly aligned! 06.01.2022 Hi everyone! I've had a few requests for knee p/rehab. This one's Seated Knee Extension. It's a non-moving/holding (isometric) exercise that's low risk on the knee. 12 x 10 seconds alternating legs (1 minute each side). The first 6 are with dorsiflexion (foot pulled back) for isolated quad/knee strength and the last 6 combine quad & calf/knee strength using plantar flexion (foot pointed forward). 03.01.2022 Hi everyone! A few people have requested some knee p/rehab exercises. This one's 'Seated Knee Extension'.
