In fact most people don't even know they have an underground leak until its gets extremely bad & they receives a crazy high water bill or something starts to sink in their yard or they see a huge wet patch. Generally by then its too late & you are going to pay big dollars for the damage it causes & the water bill. This is due to the fact that most councils do not monitor water loss on ...your property due to not having the in house monitoring equipment to check it.
