03.01.2022 Guys! I never meant to disappear for so long. But sometimes, when you’re juggling so many balls, it’s inevitable that you’ll drop the odd one, and sadly Findis Designs was the ball I dropped. And I’m trying not to beat myself up about it. And I’m hoping to find some way to make it all work again, but it’s a work in progress, so we’ll have to see how we go. . I’m a big believer in taking away the stigma around mental health issues, and that it isn’t something you should be ash...amed about. So far, 2019 has been coloured by my struggle to get my anxiety in check, and I recently accepted that I can no longer manage in on my own. I started medication for it almost two weeks ago, and I have my first appointment with my new psychologist coming up soon. The side effects from the anti-depressants are finally under control, and I’m hoping to get back behind the machine this week. . Big love to anyone else who’s feel overwhelmed and out-of-control.
