22.01.2022 Excellent! Well worth a read

21.01.2022 Shauna has been working with me for a few years and has improved SO much. Boxing is a great discipline for cardiovascular fitness, strength, co-ordination and stress release. It’s also a lot of fun! As a qualified Punchfit instructor, my focus is on teaching correct technique from day one; promoting power and efficiency, as well as injury prevention. I can tailor personal sessions to individuals or pairs, and am available for small group sessions (up to 4 people). Beginners are definitely welcome

21.01.2022 So many muscles need to engage and work together when using the rowing machine. A great calorie burner and excellent for High Intensity Interval Training. Well done to Sam today: 1500m in 8 mins done easily... with a minute to spare!

18.01.2022 Can’t get out of the house? I can come to you! Personal training and massage at your own home is available to Adelaide Hills and Eastern Adelaide residents. PM or call for details

17.01.2022 You only get one body. Look after it.

16.01.2022 The McNairs have well and truly mastered the boxing basics over the last few weeks and are now ready to try some more advanced combinations. With busy work schedules and two young girls, these two have embraced a healthier lifestyle and made time for PT each week. They also do their own exercise most days and have been preparing nutritious, balanced meals. The kilos have been falling off! Well done guys

15.01.2022 This is my least favourite photo of myself ever, but I kind of like what the photo represents: Self-discipline and commitment. This is me running my 75th parkrun on Saturday at Mt Barker. It was wet. Very wet. It was a bit windy and pretty cold. 5 degrees cold. The week before had been minus 2 at start time. ... I go to parkrun every week - rain or shine. (I haven’t experienced hail yet). I like to volunteer at least once a month, and run the other weeks. I’m not a morning person, and it’s extremely hard to get myself out of bed in the middle of winter to go running, but I do it anyway. And so does my husband. We have never said Gee, I wish we hadn’t bothered this morning, because we always feel good afterwards. Parkrun is on every week. It’s free, and if I don’t turn up I’m not letting anyone down. No-one’s telling me I have to be there. I make the choice to go. I choose to include it as part of my weekly fitness program - and I love it! Winter is hard for everyone, but choosing to honour your personal commitments to health and fitness, and not allowing excuses to derail your progress is so important.

08.01.2022 She was worried about a bad photo... but how could it be with that SMILE!

08.01.2022 Meet ‘River’. River is the new kid on the block. She lives next door, but drops in a few times each day to catch up with her buddy, Moe She’s super friendly, and likes to come and check out what’s going on and who’s doing what in the shed. And as an added bonus, she keeps the rabbits away!

06.01.2022 The newest piece of equipment is assembled and in use! Robran’s here giving it a go for the first time (after doing 99% of the assembling) Strength training, cardio, boxing, small-group sessions - whatever you’re into, we’ve got it covered. All ages and abilities welcome
