06.01.2022 My all time favourite tart, growing up in the Netherlands, was Hazelnootschuimtaart, or hazelnut-merengue-tart. I made one over the weekend and was instantly brought back to my childhood! This is seriously delicious! Hazelnut merengue, mocha cream, praline....... I have added it to our menu, so now you can also try this amazing tart!
