24.01.2022 Have you missed me this week? The Finn gym, lashes, classes and beauty have been quiet this week as. I’m off in NSW visiting the fambam. Classes will resume on Monday arvo (timetable coming soon) and we will be in full busy December swing and I’m ready for ya. Hope your having an amazing week. Love ya x

23.01.2022 I’ve been hiding from you guys! Especially on socials. I hate telling you guys that Finn is booked out until *distant future* (current: you’re looking at the second week of September) So I’m not here to tell you that, I’m here to tell you exciting things that are coming...... We are 100% in at the New Salon at 15 Beach Road (still working making it functional and pretty but my lord we are in) More Finn Beauty availability coming in September Class Relaunch coming in September One on One Personal Training and Programming available from end of September. Sad News: I am meant to be in Melbourne learning fun new beauty treatments RIGHT NOW, obviously I’m not. And I’m 50/50 frustrated because I want to learn and offer you great things and grateful because it’s slows things down, let’s me enjoy what’s happening now and focus on the services available now this is not a recent photo of me I hate long captions

13.01.2022 Less than a week til classes are back! A bit more info on what it’ll look like is coming daily, no obligation to come to every session, no ‘competition’ just progress, every second Saturday a PT session up for grabs. Spring is here and the good weather is just around the corner (daylight savings start this weekend!) you’ll never have more motivation than you do right now. Love ya x
13.01.2022 PRICE UPDATE: we need to talk about Lash Extension Refills. They’re going up. From reopen (this Friday) Lash Extension Refill prices will be as follows: $40 for 2 week fills $50 for 3 week fills... $65 for 4 week fills (based on retention) But why? I use more product now: I’m a damn sight better than I was 18 months ago and as such I use more lashes, you look prettier, but it costs me more money Retention: imma back my own retention, you can take it to the bank. If your following all the home care instructions and meeting the needs of the lashes, you can last longer between appointments = cheaper for you. I worked hard to learn about the products, placement, humidity and care to get you the longest life lashes possible but it also has to come down to what your doing with them at home. Occasionally shit does happen - the humidity might drop during an appointment/ your hormones might be having a wack week/ my glue might be nearing end of life and you’ll lose more than reasonable amount really quickly - we can fix this! And if this happens I’d always ask you to please let me know ASAP so I can fix it and you stay happy and beautiful and not disappointed and spider leggy. 13.01.2022 Rescheduling your Appointment Just a note for ya babes needing to reschedule your appointments - I’m a professional appointment rescheduled both yours and my own it doesn’t stress me in the slightest when shit comes up and we’ve got to shuffle you around. Having said that imma bout to call two of you because I gone and double booked ma self again. Such a fun week of classes last week (in my bias opinion) and we’ll mix it up again this week! we’re trying the fifth class on a Friday arvo, bit wild you may say but what a way to start your weekend off. it’s already metric week again! 4 weeks into the challenge and 6 to go!
11.01.2022 This weeks schedule - a sneaky new half hour session on Wednesday this week We are already in week 6 of the 10 week challenge and looking at Week Four Metrics people are smashing their starting point across the board! 10.01.2022 This Saturday Group Fitness Class at 7am!! Summer Series Classes will be more experimental, play with a few formats, new things, trying out things for 2021... except Saturday... this Saturday will probably be recycled because of salon mayhem this week!! Love ya x

Monday’s will be baseline fitness/performance measurements so you can track your own progress plus a short HIIT workout to kick things off - both classes will be the same Afternoon classes will have more strength/conditioning vibes (after a day of eating/fuelling your body)... morning classes will have more weight loss/fasted cardio vibes to start your day off right first week will be built for those getting back into fitness/classes with plenty of lower impact, less intense options - please don’t be scared See you shortly!! 08.01.2022 Today’s the day last official class of 2020 and I’ll draw the winner of the little hamper and the final one in one PT session winner! What’s next? Over the next few weeks when’ll run a Summer Series of classes, about 2 a week, before the habitats calendar comes out (more on this in a minute)... but this week the salon schedule is crazy making everyone beautiful for the festive season so I’ll be back with the summer series from Christmas week!
