25.01.2022 Believing in yourself is often touted as the cause of success. Yet, if you have low self-esteem, its not easy to believe in yourself. ... You may struggle to step outside of your comfort zone and look for a way to make your life better. You may believe that you dont have the means to better yourself or that you dont deserve a better life. You can change your life and it starts with believing in yourself. Yet, first you have to identify whats holding you back. This weeks video holds the top three common self-esteem killers that can keep you from living out your true potential. This is a common feeling, especially in the digital age. Seeing your friends good days can leave you feeling like youre a failure because your house doesnt look clean all the time like your friends house is. When youre on social media, youre constantly exposed to the best side of someones life. You rarely see the ugly parts, too. The past often shapes us and affects us far more than we realise. Negative situations in your past can make it hard for you to believe in yourself. Maybe you were in a toxic relationship with a partner who verbally abused you. Maybe you grew up with an alcoholic parent or maybe you were bullied in middle school. It can take a toll on your self-esteem and crush your sense of confidence. Just like you can switch your iPod to a different song, you can change your thoughts. It takes work and it doesnt happen immediately. But as you focus on your positive qualities, youll experience a boost in your self-esteem and find it easier to believe in yourself.

23.01.2022 To let go, first, you must identify the reasons you are feeling the way that you feel Those feelings which are arising from the thought of letting go. Are you feeling angry?... What aspects make you angry? (this may be more than one thing) Are you feeling disappointed? Which parts disappoint you, specify. Are you blaming yourself? What things did you do and shouldnt have done, or didnt do when you should have. Are you afraid of something? For example, giving up, failure, change - be as specific as possible. When you break everything down into bite-sized chunks, things become easier to swallow. As individual items, you can start to work out ways to bring the positive back into your life. So, If you are angry, work through the anger. If you are feeling disappointment, work through why and settle each and every aspect of it. If you feel like a failure, work through what you can do to make better things in your life. All those things which you want, you can achieve elsewhere if you care to look for it.

Thats part of your body responding to your brain releasing hormones.... Yikes sometimes it seems as if you cant control your feelings thats because feelings are often instantaneous reactions caused by your brain triggering chemicals called hormones that course through your body. The amygdala (ah-mig-duh-luh) is a small part of your brain scientists believe is responsible for the way you feel AND the pituitary (pi-too-i-tare-ee) is a tiny, pea-sized gland in your brain that releases hormones. As your body changes through stages of life, hormones changes and so the good news is Your amygdala and hormones dont act on their own another part of your brain called the cerebrum (ser-ee-brum) works with the amygdala to help manage emotions its the thinking part of your brain. We lose things, possessions, jobs, friends throughout our whole life.... What happened to the first picture you drew? Your first job? Your first-ever friend? Change comes when you need change. Yet, harbouring resentment or carrying a grudge well the bad news here is that you are actually expending your own emotional energy and compounding the original hurt.. So. STOP IT!!!... Forgiving is something we can all learn, it involves letting go of judgement and accepting that we all make mistakes. It doesnt mean condoning bad behaviour or accepting begin treated poorly, yet rather making the decision to unburden yourself of the grievance. It's a process, some take longer to loosen than others as they are often bound so tightly but the effort made through our actions is so worthwhile. If you arent looking for a new job, then you dont go looking and are not open to the possibilities of a new job appearing in your life. If you arent looking for a new creative outlet, then one will not instantly appear - and even if it did; you wouldnt be looking right, and thus it would probably pass you by.... . You have to know and trust completely that better things are out there for you - just keep your eyes and ears open. - . Holding on to things which are NOT working, will not make you happy... You cant keep trying to turn water into wine... itll frustrate you, annoy you, consume you... So pull back your shoulders and tell yourself youre going to find something that is going to work, that IS going to be of more benefit than what you currently have. 07.01.2022 - Self-love is not simply a state of feeling good. It is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. ... Self-love is dynamic; it grows through actions that mature us. When we act in ways that expand self-love in us, we begin to accept much better our weaknesses as well as our strengths, have less need to explain away our short-comings, have compassion for ourselves as human beings struggling to find personal meaning, are more centered in our life purpose and values, and expect living fulfillment through our own efforts.

07.01.2022 Amidst your job, your family, your friends, your home, your car, and any number of activities you want to or even have to participate in, there is rarely a moment to simply sit and enjoy the silence. Silent moments can be as productive as the most active ones, for in silence you often find... the clarity you need to figure out a solution to a problem, the confidence you want for enjoying new and different experiences, and the peace of mind you crave. Silence is a gift you can give to yourself not just in the evening after a long day of work, school, or taking care of your family but interspersed throughout the day in short sessions. This makes a big difference to the energy level that your days end and begin with. You find the discipline to start and maintain your routine with so many distractions standing in your way by taking small steps. It might be hard to get up early enough to practice silence, but its still better to practice for five or fifteen minutes instead of not at all. Even do it whilst taking a shower or brushing your teeth. In setting an intention to create real change, you do yourself a significant service by reminding yourself to practice for even just a minimal amount of time. All your other tasks for the rest of the day will be that much more manageable and enjoyable. You will find grounding and a sense of great peace. Take time out to enjoy the Silence and get more time back in your day With Love and Freedom

03.01.2022 . If your decision to let go is made from the heart, then you wont actually look back. If you are trying to let go, or looking back then your decision its coming from your head.... That is to say; If you have made a decision from your heart to do something, if your heart is true to moving forwards then, there is no need to look back. Your head, your mind, your thoughts kick in because of outside influence trying to get you to look back. IF Every decision is based on what you feel at the time then there is no need to look back. Except maybe a few years down the road when you can say Thank Goodness for that If its coming from your head; and you feel yourself reaching back - there is a reason for it. If it is your head, mind and thoughts saying let go, but your heart simply cannot let go, you need to remember what you truly want. This may be unresolved issues, or a basic need being unfulfilled, but there is always a reason why your heart struggles to let go.
