18.01.2022 Hi All I have been thinking about this all morning. It is with regret that I have decided to postpone my Bowen Therapy business once again. I will do the Bowen’s that are already booked in but I will not be taking any more bookings until further notice. Thank you for your understanding Fiona ... https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus See more

17.01.2022 I have decided to make the call and stop my Bowen Therapy business as of today. The Covid-19 crisis seems to be escalating fairly quickly. I have great hygiene practices but the fact is, Bowen Therapy is a "hands on" therapy and there is no way I can distance myself during a treatment. Another factor I needed to consider when making my decision to stop my business was the fact that I work from my home. Thank you for understanding and I look forward to seeing you for Bowen on the other side of this Covid-19 crisis. In the meantime, stay happy & healthy Kind Regards Fiona Williams

17.01.2022 We are currently in ‘social isolation’ not lockdown. What this means is: 1. We should NOT be socialising with family, friends or colleagues that live in another house other than via video link etc! 2. We should NOT be gathering in groups. 3. We should NOT be replacing a night out with a night in and inviting all our friends round.... 4. We should NOT be letting teenagers and young adults gather in groups around parks and public places However, as we are NOT in total lockdown you CAN continue to: 1. Go for a walk with your own household (but staying a good distance from others eg 2-3 metres) 2. Drive to national parks, nature reserves etc (some have removed parking charges) and walk in the vast area away from others 3. Walk your dog 4. Head out to a shop for essentials, prescriptions etc for yourself or someone who is vulnerable and isolating, then head home. IF people continue to socialise in a ‘normal’ way, a full lockdown will likely be enforced on us to protect the health of our most vulnerable. PLEASE DO NOT judge people for taking a walk in the fresh air and sunshine; but equally PLEASE DO NOT carry on as normal. PLEASE keep your distance from others and do not arrange social gatherings. Make the most of getting out for a walk with your own household and catching up on jobs or leisure activities at home. Please share this (screen shot/copy, paste or share where it is public), to educate people and stop any judgement of those taking an important walk in fresh air to help mental health and well being. Thank you.

12.01.2022 It occurred to Pooh and Piglet that they hadn't heard from Eeyore for several days, so they put on their hats and coats and trotted across the Hundred Acre Wood... to Eeyore's. Inside was Eeyore. "Hello Eeyore," said Pooh. "Hello Pooh. Hello Piglet" said Eeyore, in a glum sounding voice. "We just thought we'd check on you," said Piglet, "because we hadn't heard from you, and so we wanted to know if you were okay." Eeyore was silent for a moment. "Am I okay?" he asked, eventually. "Well, I don't know, to be honest. Are any of us really okay? That's what I ask myself. All I can tell you, Pooh and Piglet, is that right now I feel really rather sad, and alone, and not much fun to be around at all. Which is why I haven't bothered you. Because you wouldn't want to waste your time with someone who is sad, and alone, and not much fun to be around at all, would you now." Pooh looked and Piglet, and Piglet looked at Pooh, and they both sat down, one on either side of Eeyore in his stick house. Eeyore looked at them in surprise. "What are you doing?" "We're sitting here with you," said Pooh, "because we are your friends. And true friends don't care if someone is feeling sad, or alone, or not much fun to be around at all. True friends are there for you anyway. And so here we are." "Oh," said Eeyore. "Oh." And the three of them sat there in silence, and while Pooh and Piglet said nothing at all; somehow, almost imperceptibly, Eeyore started to feel a very tiny little bit better. Because Pooh and Piglet were there. No more; no less. Author - AA Milne | Illustration - EH Shepard Pooh understood R U OK Day before R U OK Day was a thing. Be like Pooh.

12.01.2022 Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a safe & prosperous 2020.

An amazing trip to Vietnam and Cambodia with some girlfriends. A bit of a roller coaster ride really. (and I don’t like roller coasters ) I have a lot to be grateful for and for that I am thankful Here’s to a new year, a new decade and new beginnings....
