08.01.2022 Cancellation Policy Life happens, we get double booked, our plans and arrangements or babysitting fall through, people get sick and things get missed. At Fiore Body we have had a cancellation/late policy since our inception, out of mutual respect I haven’t really needed to enforce it, but unfortunately I now need to. I know how hard this year has been, Its been crazy and we’ve coped with all of it like the troopers we are, but if you need to cancel your appointment please le...t me know ASAP, a simply reply NO to the reminder text/email 10am the day before your appointment is fine, even up to 6 hours before your appointment **with a reason** is ok too. Please understand that I truely value your business, I try my absolute best to respect your time so please do the same for me. The booking system I use sends an appointment reminder at 10am the day before your appointment, if you cancel with enough time I can fill that appointment time with someone from the wait list. Please don’t leave it to 2-3 hours before your appointment, in this case I will be enforcing the cancellation policy of charging you 50% of your appointment. If you rebook and attend that appointment, consider 25% of this fee a deposit. This counts for gift vouchers too, your gift voucher will be debited 50%. Repeat cancellations without 24 hours notice more than twice (Three Strikes) will require non refundable pre-payment on booking or bookings will be refused and gift vouchers voided. I understand that genuine and unpreventable situations occur, especially if you’re unwell. In this case I trust that you will be 100% honest and respectful about your situation where we can waive the cancellation fee. The last thing I want to do is increase my prices to cover lost revenue or impose a pre-payment rule! 04.01.2022 From Vic Health 12/10/2020 "As we've seen throughout this pandemic, businesses in regional Victoria are doing incredible work keeping detailed records, implementing COVIDSafe Plans and encouraging symptomatic staff to get tested straightaway. All of these efforts are helping to keep their staff, customers and communities safe.... But as we continue to drive down case numbers, and as we begin to consider our next steps, it's more important than ever that we're doing everything we can to protect the hard work of regional Victorians. To date, businesses that are currently closed in Melbourne but are open in regional Victoria have been asked to check the addresses of their customers when taking bookings. From midnight tonight, this requirement will be made even stronger, with businesses who consciously fail to check their customers are not from metropolitan Melbourne facing fines of up to $9,913. This check could be achieved by asking customers to show their drivers’ license or Keypass ID. Regional businesses who do the right thing but are misled by someone intent on breaking the rules will not be fined under the changes. Instead, individuals found deliberately ignoring the restrictions will risk a fine of $1,652. Melbournians who are found in regional Victoria without a valid reason face fines of up to $4,957. With these changes, we’re giving regional businesses the confidence that they are doing everything they can to keep their staff and customers safe To ensure current directions can remain in place to protect Victorians, the state of emergency and the state of disaster will also be extended from 11:59pm on 11 October 2020 until 11:59pm on 8 November. Victoria Police continues to enforce the Chief Health Officer’s directions and can issue on the spot fines for breaches of stay at home directions. This includes up to $1,652 for individuals and up to $9,913 for businesses. Under the directions, people who don’t comply could also be taken to court and receive a fine of up to $20,000. Companies face fines of up to $100,000"
