20.01.2022 Celebrating our 12th year of pizza! It feels like only yesterday we were 21 and had just opened. It has been a long road and alot has changed, from a car driving through our shop in the first year, featuring in the top 10 pizzas in Adelaide by @taste_team, best take-away by The Adelaide magazine, we both got married and now have families of our own. Our boys both love pizza as much as we do and already enjoy making them. We believe this is true Italian culture sharing some ...good times, memories and passing down what we have learn to the next generation. Thankyou all for the past support and we still love seeing the original faces that came in for the that first pizza 12 years ago. The road out is going to be a long tough one but together we get to the otherside. Here's to pizza! Matt & Alex

14.01.2022 Pizza Margherita Recipe - Napolitan 50+ hour leavened dough, hand stretched, smeared slow cooked sauce, broken hand formed buffalo mozzarella, fresh picked basil and a drizzle of fresh squashed olives.

13.01.2022 We are looking for a Pizzaiolo to join our team on a casual basis. Previous experience with Napolitan pizza style including hand stretching dough and operation ...of a wood oven is a must. Knowledge of correct food handling and preparation. Must work well in a team, able to follow instructions in a high pressure environment and have a positive attitude. Reliable and available to work nights and weekends Cooking mains, pasta and tapas experience is not essential but highly regarded. We are looking forward to some new and fresh ideas. Position will be decided upon demonstration. Renumeration will dependant on experience and skills.
