Meg Olney Occupational Therapist Meg is a paediatric occupational therapist who has a particular interest in early childhood intervention and school readiness. She has a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice. Since completing her studies at La Trobe University and the University of Florida in 2017 she has worked in paediatric practices in regional Queensland and metrop...olitan Melbourne. She works with children with a variety of diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, Sensory Processing Disorder and Down Syndrome. She has also developed specific skills and knowledge for fine and gross motor delays, and how these impact on participation in activities of daily living. She is passionate about family-centred practice, encouraging and helping children to reach their full potential through focused and fun therapy in all settings. Alona gained extensive experience working with paediatric and adult caseloads in both the private and public sectors. She has developed a wide range of transferable skills in the areas of speech, language, literacy, fluency and social skills and is passionate about working with people of all ages to help them achieve their communicative needs. Having completed her Masters degree in Speech Pathology at LaTrobe University, Alona brings fresh ideas, passion and enthusiasm to our practice. Throughout her degree, Alona values working individually with clients, alongside the opportunities she has to up-skill parents and caregivers in order maximise therapy outcomes. She strives to create an exciting therapeutic environment that is both nurturing and stimulating. Alona’s experience includes The LaTrobe Communication clinic, which have focused on assessment and intervention in paediatric speech and language, as well as treatment and management of stuttering. Alfred Health Caulfield Hospital and Monash Health Kingston Centre, which have encompassed assessment, intervention and management of dysphagia, aphasia, dysarthria and voice deficits, as well as clinical work across various primary schools, working towards improving literacy skills in education. Alona has also volunteered at organisations such as Flying Fox and Friendship Circle, which provide social opportunities for children with disabilities. Alona is passionate about lifelong learning and intends to take every opportunity to further her skillset.

Jocelyn is a fun, energetic, and motivated clinician who is fluent in English and Mandarin. She is passionate about working with families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Jocelyn has worked across private practice, mainstream school, and community health centres. She has provided therapy to chi...ldren with a variety of difficulties in areas of fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, emotion regulation, social skills, self-cares, Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as assisting families with positive behaviour management strategies. Jocelyn provides client-centered, family-orientated practice as she believes the therapy goals should be meaningful and practical in order to optimise therapy outcomes. Her favourite thing is witnessing children achieve their full potential and increase their self-confidence. Jocelyn places a high value on evidence-based practice and her therapy sessions are designed to be fun and creative whilst meeting the specific needs and interests of each child. Jocelyn has a commitment to learning and loves to participate in ongoing professional development to further extend her clinical skills.
