13.01.2022 The Boat now , the next update will be the boat steaming down Hawkesbury for Pittwater then load up 200L diesel out to sea and steam south at 12 knots for Sydney day 1 Mcdonald river to Pittwater , approx 5-6 hrs its 4knots and no wash areas most the way and very fragile banks so slow cruise and run motor low revs , Tie up Pittwater for the night leave at first light in the sky for Sydney Harbour , Call coastguard let them know im due in harbour befor 4pm , shoul be there by 10am latest. Always allow 5 hrs extra a breakdown dont mean a sunk boat !, I am in no rush the boats engine been idle for 6 years so the 6 hr down river be a good show of reliability before gpoing to sea, She has only 1 engine like most trawlers have the same type engine ..
