Also, thanks so much to everyone for embracing the new class restructure- classes at my place have been great! ... Please bug me if you wish to join us *** CHALLENGE ALERT *** Will be looking for challenge recruits soon to start 1st August for an 8 week challenge!! ! - Much more exercise and goal orientated - Focused on individual achievement - One on one sessions as well as group session!!! - Fit into your schedule - Weekly weigh in/ assessment More info to come.
