20.01.2022 Why did I think it would be fun to finish a weights session with this horrible piece of equipment!! Is anyone else like me (lets hope not) and you say in your head you are going to do a certain amount of rounds, reps or exercises you have to stick to it?? I wish I could be the one to say, Na lets alter the workout!! Well ill continue sitting here in a pool of sweat, and stretch this old stiff body!! HAVE A FANTASTIC FRIDAY EVERYONE!!
18.01.2022 "Make it happen" Monday morning for me is Metafit. But I don't know about anyone else, but some times I get out of bed and feel really old and stiff!! I decided today to try something a bit different today!! I struggled looking at my heart rate not being high enough, but wow I really enjoyed this session!!! Does anyone else do yoga or a stretch session a week?
