24.01.2022 So today I’m looking a little like death warmed up... have been up vomiting all night with aching muscles all over and an excessively fast heart rate for 7:00am (almost 100bpm). This being said I’m having to cancel all classes today as I think I might have a touch of gastro which I wouldn’t want to pass on to anyone or possible food poisoning. Even though I’m down and out for today doesn’t mean you guys have to be x I’ll post a workout for you all to do at home later this morning. Take care of yourselves and fingers crossed my body stops giving out on me and I’ll see you tomorrow

19.01.2022 FINAL CLASS OF THE YEAR Wow, what a crazy hectic year it has been at FIT4U Training. So many memories made, classes completed, literal sweat and tears shed in and out of classes and so much hard work and dedication from these guys and so many of our other members. I have loved being your guys trainer in 2020 and I can’t wait for another year of smashing out our workouts in 2021 Thank you all for the amazing year and hope you have the best day ever entering into next ...year ! 17.01.2022 Coming towards the end of the year so many of us can come up with the mindset of "What's the point ? I'll wait until next year. We only have 24 days till Christmas" but let's break it down.... 24 days till Christmas means: 116 Meals left to eat 576 hours left (so why can't you workout for 45 minutes a day?)... 50+ classes left till we shut down over Christmas 24 days till Christmas left = a cop out excuse. You can still look after your health leading up to Christmas and still feel great coming into the New Year ! So I'm going to share my top health holiday tips RIGHT NOW to help you prepare for the Christmas Break ! Get moving - go for a swim, play with the kids or even better get into a class ! Aim for 7 fruit/vegies a day. This will help fill you up and stop the snacking Party on a semi-full stomach - this will help stop the binge eating Stay hydrated (with water, not alcohol lol) - this will also help curve cravings and binge eating Enjoy your favorite meals ! (in moderation) It's as easy as that. Mindful eating and nothing crazy, you still have so much time and so many opportunities to eat healthy and exercise so do it !!
16.01.2022 How I took my training to the next level in 2020 What were my goals ?: Gain muscle ... Gain weight Increase Fitness Bring back my confidence Did I achieve them ? % How? Looked into programs & outsourced Made sure that I did self-care DAILY Created a routine & stuck to it without fail Focussed on lifting heavy weights Pushed past my mental barriers Everyone’s journey is different but mine was all that & more. It wasn’t all sunshine & rainbows I had struggle left, right & centre COVID hit the mental health to HARD when it shut my business down for three months Injuries & medical issues left, right & centre Motivation was up & down Stress of trying to build by business back up after COVID lockdown Lowered income but bills still coming in It was HARD but this was the healthiest I had been EVER I’m sharing this with you to show you that sht happens but you need to keep pushing. I mean it’s freaking hard some days but you need to keep going. No ones going to push you harder than yourself, no one is going to get you over that finish line but you ! You have to want it, you have to work for it even on the bad day ! 03.01.2022 6:30am class finished WOWZAHS, what a killer TABATA session we had this morning AND we got to use our new toys Last week we ordered in 2x new foam plyo boxes and I have sooo many ideas and new exercises we can implement ! This morning we incorporated some box jumps and even thought everyone was a little cautious because it was new they all smashed that shit They all got up and finished the whole 8 rounds doing jumps ! You all killed it and so proud of you for taking that challenge on.
