If you need a mental break, works been busy, injured.. whatever it is, it’s ok to take a week off rather than over-doing it and giving up completely ... Have a lovely and safe long weekend. 24.01.2022 Are you activating your glutes? Unsure what I mean by that? This is such an important step when you are wanting to grow your glutes. I would suggest 3 glute based exercises for 2 sets. This helps your glutes to completely activated and ready to be used to the full potential when training legs/glutes

11.01.2022 Banded Hip Abductions Make sure to also have tension in the band when performing this exercise. You can do this as a finisher exercise for 1 minute straight after a glute day to really feel that burn or you can add it into your workout of 4 sets for 20 reps. There’s so many more ways to incorporate exercises into your workout but give one of these a try in your next glute/ leg day
