17.01.2022 I'm excited to share with you that over the next 7 weeks I will be making the final preparations for my first bodybuilding competition. Having already endured 13 weeks of 5 weights sessions, daily cardio, and eating my foods weighed to the gram; I'm excited to see how I can put my knowledge and experience as a trainer on display. I'll keep updates coming for those interested in watching this last phase to cut as much body fat as possible. Those for those who have already supported my journey!

15.01.2022 A MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to our girls competing in the INBA SA Titles yesterday!! Jess managed to snatch 4th in a nice big Bikini open lineup. Lisa in her first ever show hauled trophies in Angels, Fitness Novice and managed to pull in an amazing 2nd in Open Fitness!... We are so proud of how hard these two worked. Both girls have more shows to come so will keep you updated

13.01.2022 A lot of fog during the am cardio today. You don't see this sleeping in or walking on a treadmill. It's a nice little reward for the early morning grind
