His favourite workout out would be anything team event and mentally challenging. Day 1 Richard was +10kg heavier and now looks as beastly as he trains! yewwwwww

25.01.2022 Try this awesome little combo . Lately I’ve been struggling with a slight hip impingement for no reason I can remember So.. How should i treat it? leave it? rest it?... Tried that for a week and now its time to act on it. I did a test to see some range in my hips and that seemed fine. However i did notice now when i squat i get some HIP TILT when a squat on my left side. i dug a little deeper.. literally and found my left TFL and Iliacus were extremely tender when rolling it out. Tightness there so far i’m assuming is pulling my femur medially and causing my impingement. Ill start with a 3 step plan: active mobility, stretch & release and slow progressive overload with unilateral strength work. see how i go in a couple of weeks and re-test.
