24.01.2022 Creche members! Our creche at Bonnells Bay gym will not be running tomorrow Friday (26th) we are sorry for any inconvenience!!

23.01.2022 CHRISTMAS BREAK!! MEMBERS PLEASE READ BELOW -As of this Thursday lunch both Bonnells Bay and Cooranbong gym won’t be manned again until January 18th!... -Bonnells Bay gym will still be able to access over the unstaffed hours 24/7 with your token- our classes won’t be running during this break. PLEASE if you do not have a token or have misplaced your token come in the manned hours at Bonnells Bay and get a new one! -If you wish to suspend your membership you will need to do it tomorrow if you are a direct debit member or by Thursday 11:30am if you are a paid in full member. -if you are a paid in full member and pay monthly please give us a message or come in and check when your account runs out, if it runs out while we are away you will not be able to access Bonnells Bay gym, you can come fix your membership up until Thursday 11:30am. -Fitness passport members please make sure you are still signing in at Bonnells Bay each visit. There will be a $40 fine if you are caught letting people in to the gym, cameras will be checked during the Christmas break. -please use your towels and sanitize all equiptment after using. If there is any other questions please come see us or send us a message before Thursday lunch! Have a Merry Christmas and please stay safe!

21.01.2022 Easter Break!! Fit Life will be closed (no staff/no classes) Good Friday 2/4 and Easter Monday 5/4! *no classes running on Saturday at Bonnells Bay ... Both facilities will re open as normal Tuesday 6/4! If you have your access token you will still be able to use Bonnells Bay gym 24hrs over the long weekend!! If you need to grab a token pop in to the Bay tonight 4:30-7:30pm and pick it up as it will not be manned tomrorow night. Remember a little bit of chocolate won’t hurt- enjoy your Easter long weekend and treat yourself!!

Thank you all for sticking around through all the changes and for following the rules,... Please remember even though we are 24 hours please still social distance and please ALWAYS use your towels!! (Cameras are checked)

08.01.2022 Quick timetable update! Tomorrow’s (Wednesday) 6am will be changed to spin!! Message to book in!

07.01.2022 Members I can’t stress this enough, Rules need to be followed here at Fitlife for the safety of our members and staff at all times! We all need to do our part to keep the gym a safe environment and open and running! ... A little refresh, -Shoes MUST be worn at all times. -A towel MUST always be used! No towel means you will be asked to leave and go get one! When using a towel it needs to be on the equipment you are using, not on the ground besides you- staff are hiring out towels for $3 if you have left yours at home! -Please always sanitise your equipment after using it, including steps, dumbbells, machines, barbells etc. We have stations for this reason. If you are continuously not following these rules after being asked we will ask you to leave the gym. For those who are making sure to do whats needed at all times, thank you, it is greatly appreciated! We need to all work together and follow the simple rules to keep this gym a safe space. If there is any issues please send me a message.

06.01.2022 We would just like to say sorry for any members who where unable to enter Bonnells Bay gym yesterday, we experienced a black out causing our system to drop down. Has been checked and fixed.
