24.01.2022 How much water should I be having a day? There is the odd 2 litres a day but I choose to measure another way. Since every body is different, has different lifestyles, occupation, recreation activities so it's not right to say everybody should drink 2 litres. Just drink through the day, as long as you are going to the bathroom 3-4x a day and the pee colour is clear/almost clear then your body is telling you that you are hydrated.
