20.01.2022 PROUD COACH This is Natalie Mandry... she started PT sessions a few months ago and she has come such a long way! From needing support to step up onto a pump step to tonight graduating to the increased height of the backyard step! ... Not only did she achieve this promotion, she also worked up to swinging a 16kg kettlebell for the first time! And smashed huge numbers on the rower! I am going to bed as one happy, proud coach! Be like Natalie!

19.01.2022 Today we got on the fitness train Despite Natalie being out of Perth on holiday, we continued her PT session via video chat! Followed by our Wednesday arvo fitness crew who worked super hard through the conditioning opener (run, skipping, rower, bike) and then the body weight strengthening pieces to finish off with. 16.01.2022 Workout Challenge #1 Sorry crew for the delay! Hats off to all you parents out there (both mummies and daddies!)... this gig isn’t easy! Anyways... workout 1. Please set up your phone with the ‘time lapse’ on if available- or a post sweaty pic (no Paddy... not with fake water as sweat! )... AND a comment with the time it took you to complete the workout and how it felt. Post it all in one reply to this post! (Following instructions is key to winning prizes). ... Hey this done within the next three days! WORKOUT 5 rounds for time -minimise your breaks and go continuous if you can. 20 squats 15 sit ups 10 burpee’s (yes... I said burpee’s!) 5 push ups (on toes if possible!) I’m excited to see you all and your efforts! Comment below any questions as someone else may have a similar question.
