25.01.2022 Good Nutrition Is 70% of Your Results So today I'm at a local shopping centre after coming out of Coles. I walk past the food court and the KFC line is 3 rows/10 metres deep, yet the healthy option (the café next door) had 2 people. When adding exercise, this will obviously increase.
