16.01.2022 Why we need to continually push our physical limits, not allowing to settle into a secured and sheltered comfort zone? Because our body responds to that ‘adversity’ by simulating our longevity genes. It activates it's 'survival' mode by switching on these longevity genes, which is one of the most important things for healthier ageing. On the other hand the body becomes complacent if we constantly seek comfort and don't make it work hard! ... Hence the 20 Burpees when u are almost finished or the 50 Push-ups or Sprints up the hill ! Being out of breath, pushing harder and conquering your mind using body strength are good things to do. 15.01.2022 Start before you are Ready! Think about this how many times have you thought about exercising and then negotiated yourself out of it because something wasn’t perfect? Weather? Mood? Time? Location? Energy? Here is a challenge make a list of things that you think you need to have for a perfect setup for exercise? E.g. workout attire, 45 to 60 mins time, perfect weather, no other stresses in life, less work .. what else?... Go through your list and think hard on each item you wrote down. Do you think there is ever going to be a time when all this will happen together to make it a perfect moment to start exercising? No, its never ever going to be perfect! 10.01.2022 December is a great time to reflect on the year gone by. Also many of us get a bit more time with family and friends and with our own self to reflect on what is important to us. 4 Decembers ago, I started becoming more conscious of my choices. Still learning and trying to get better but I can now experience some results of the choices I have been making.... I now strongly believe that you are an outcome of the choices you make - whether it is food, exercise, people you choose to surround yourself with, mindset ... everything is a choice we make. If we think we don’t have a choice, it may be true some times, but many times it is only an excuse we come up with to justify not wanting to make an uncomfortable choice. We simply are a result of the choices.. however big or small they may be. Some results are instant, some take years, some are tangible, some are not. I keep this picture of mine handy as it reminds me of what can happen as a result of choices I made in the past around the one precious life I have to live and what might have happened if I had continued my life the way it used to be! Make the right choices wherever you can stay inspired and keep inspiring others!

06.01.2022 Thursday (12th Nov) is our 100th live online workout session! Our first online session for "Team #NoExcuses" was on 29thMarch with a small team who was keen to not let COVID restrictions impact their health. Since then we have grown to a team of over 30+ members who have made incredible changes in their fitness, their mindset and their ability to rise above every excuse that comes in the way of becoming the best version of themselves. Many join the workouts with partners & ki...ds, which gives me immense joy every time, because this is how we are going to create a physically and mentally strong community. - We haven’t missed a beat for one hundred sessions - We came out of COVID restrictions stronger than we were before - We broke through our comfort zones during this time - We challenged our physical limits and we refused to let our excuses win - We broke geographical boundaries with team members joining from Canada, USA, India, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast - And most importantly we ignited the passion of fitness in many And this is just the start!
