A BOOTCAMP style class and another - open to suggestions If I get enough interest I’ll sort out the hall... 16.01.2022 WOOHOO!!!! ******MORNING CLASSES STARTING 1ST DECEMBER****** Where - Argyll and Bute Pipe Band Hall... Time - 10am-11am Days - Tuesday/ Wednesday/Fridays Classes - Tues - Pilates, Mat based pilates class Wed - Legs/Bums/Tums Circuit (will include some Cardio in your allotted area) Fri - Healthy Body/Healthy Mind - Gentle stretching class to relieve tension and stress from your week including relaxation breathing techniques and Meditation. Start your weekend off stress free Cost -5 per class There is possibility to have an EVENING CLASS on a Tuesday and a Friday. Who would be interested and what classes would you like to see on the timetable? One will definitely be a HIIT Cardio class but open to other suggestions.... Please send me a message to book your spot as numbers are limited due to covid regs. Rest assured I will look after you all and follow all guidelines. Looking forward to seeing familiar faces and new ones too!! Lets get into a bit of shape for CHRISTMAS!!!
