14.01.2022 Sadly as of 11:59pm tonight the 16th November 2020 gyms have once again been ordered to close as per SA Government directions. My thoughts right now are with our members and the wider community as we head into another phase of uncertainty. I can only hope the closure of my business reduces any cascading effect that Covid 19 may have on any other industry or individual. I will continue to post updates as they come to light and sincerely thank each member in advance for their... ongoing support. Currently we are assessing the demand for group classes and 1-1 PT to continue to run outdoors during this time - both of which are considered safe practices by the SA Government. Further details regarding this move will be posted in the next 24-hours. Current members please also keep an eye on your email/sms for details regarding your personal membership; no action is required by you as your membership will be suspended during this time. Be resilient, be strong and be empathetic.

13.01.2022 Meet Our Team Leah Carling is our group fitness bundle of energy that never seems to wear out! Leah grew up on a farm in the Mallee and is the youngest of 4. She is a Year 7 teacher at St Joseph’s School by day and group fitness instructor by night (and early morning’s sometimes). Leah plays A1 netball for MinMan and is a regular winner of ‘best on’ awards for a variety of local sports; netball, basketball and football. And we love her here! Leah has some heavy duty Sports Science and Human Movement Bachelor Degrees to best assist with the planning and implementing of our group fitness classes. Get along to our group fitness classes Monday’s through to Saturdays.

Due to the popularity of our group fitness classes all members and guests will however need to book for these sessions via their personal member portal. Membership suspensions will commence being reinstated from Monday. NEW or RETURNING members are always welcomed! Ask about our 30 for 30 deal ...
