17.01.2022 Hi, If you haven’t read my story I am taking on new clients as of tomorrow. This includes... - Programming with what you have at home - Nutritional advice - Trackers and check ins - Photos (if a body composition client) - Video technique assessment - Once a week zoom call Message me on DM if you are SERIOUSLY interested in starting up. I would love to create a community with all my clients so they don’t feel alone during this time and hopefully eventually out of lock down we can all do outside activities together and seminars to further your learning on your fitness journey.

15.01.2022 Client Spotlight Training an athlete? If you have the knowledge and can sufficiently train an athlete to meet their goals then your pretty set because they most likely don’t drink, sleep pretty well already, already know most things about training and nutrition but just want to be told what to do. Then there is gen pop, this doesn’t mean ordinary or anything like that - these people are incredible in their own ways and most of the time gen pop means someone who just want...s to take care of themselves and be healthy while living their life. Here’s the thing, with these people this normally means learning more about quality sleep, how to balance with foods you normally binge on and how to sufficiently fuel the body with out extreme dieting. Teaching them good habits they will have for life to live a full and happy one. These are the rewarding things about my job, the learning experience with these people who are new to fitness or who have been persuaded by the diet culture. Teaching them it’s more then a diet full of salads and how to be flexible, live life and fall in LOVE with exercise. Kelly really was in a place where there was good and bad foods and persuaded by diet culture and told to many false things. Now she fits fitness into her lifestyle. While majority of her food is clean whole foods that make her feel amazing, she has also learnt how to have chocolate in her life without having an un healthy binge on it. She’s learnt how to go out for dinner with her family and cook for her family without the stress of sticking to some ridiculous diet plan. She loves training and believe me when I say this girl trains bloody hard! We have even worked around a hip injury and really focused on giving her a strong fit body that makes her feel amazing Couldn’t be a prouder coach!

15.01.2022 Motivation I always get asked how I have such will power and how I’m always eating the food I’m suppose to ect. See I do majority of the time and to be honest I haven’t gone way over my cals in a long time but I do, I’m human and it happens. But I’ve learnt not to beat myself up over it and understand that this is going to happen every now and then.... My sessions are not always 100 % and if you look at the conversations between me and my coach it’s me complaining and being frustrated - you know when I’m doing good because I’ll be quiet about it haha! The point of me telling you this is that no one is every perfect. The moment I stopped trying to be perfect and rather just be a lot more consistent with less and less slip ups the better I got, the pressure was gone and the process? Way more enjoyable that way #health #fitness #motivation #bikini #compete

05.01.2022 Bent over barbell row This has to be one of my favourite movements. Definitely helped me a lot when it came to developing my back and I just get really good upper back contraction through it. Definitely needs to be done correctly, but also a really great compound movement to progressively load.... What’s your fave movement??

04.01.2022 IF YOU WORK HARD ENOUGH, YOU GET STRONG, YOUR RISE I’ve kept this saying to myself for sometime now and I say this to myself every damn day. Man I’ve been through a lot to get to this point in my business and in my life.... I love how non cliche it is. When you work hard for something you get to a point where you realise you will have to keep working even harder and then you start to get stronger and as you get stronger you continue to rise. The two hands, if your a client you have probably seen this logo everywhere by now. Putting both your hands in symbolises going all in, all in to whatever you want in life and when you put your all into something things start to come together This is a pretty proud moment for me. Should I make these available for purchase? Let me know!

01.01.2022 If there is one think I know, it’s struggles with binge eating. I use to do it a lot. I have grown a lot from it and people joke about it and whatever but honestly it’s nothing to joke about and living with it can be so difficult. But I know so much more now and there is a few things that really genuinely have helped me with this. 1. Eating more through out the week, normally people who binge are afraid of eating more when they are trying to diet but when your under eating ...during the week to then just binge on the whole weekend you just end up over eating calories anyways. So it’s best to find the right amount of calories to eat on a day to day basis. 2. Including foods that you love and practicing mindful eating. I use to not be able to eat just a small amount of ice cream or chocolate but now if I track it and I’ve eaten a full day of food, a little bit does the trick! This can take some time but learning when your body has had enough and eating those good for soul foods in smaller amounts every second or third day rather then restricting yourself completely. 3. If there is something that is triggering this get rid of it. If it’s girls on Instagram, watching a certain show or anything like that unfollow or stop doing it. It will be best for you! 4. Focus on performance rather then physique - I obviously will always focus on physique as I want to continue to compete but at the moment I’ve really just been focusing on my goals during my training sessions and this is something that really helps. Stop checking the mirror everyday and stop checking your weight everyday if you can’t handle the number your seeing! Just focus on how you feel! 5. Do more things that make you happy and make you more mindful of your body and more in tune with hunger and things like that. Sounds really spiritual and stupid but honestly it’s not! When you can understand your hunger cues and how your body likes to be fed this can really help you. Sometimes a walk, yoga, journaling can really help with this! Understanding your mind and body on a deeper level and how much fuel your body actually needs makes you look at food differently. I’m no doctor, this is just personal experience
