13.01.2022 Challenge This is probably my favourite session I've created! I'd love to share with you. I finished this in 19 minutes. Can you beat me? 20 minutes to complete (Well get as far as you can) You can go in any order and you can split split reps up (50 squats, 45 glute bridges and back to squats). Weights are also optional for some here. There's also two options for some exercises if you prefer. Bodyweight exercises are also optional. If you don't fancy doing your weight a...s the reps, then do a standard 50 reps for these (I did ) Good luck and remember, your form/ technique for every movement is more important than trying to smash this out as quick as you can! 07.01.2022 For those who don't know, I am B1 trained in Zumba and although I've been procrastinating for so long; I think its time to do my first class! Come bust a move with me on the grass, Tuesday night. Hope to see you there with your Beto arms Story time.. I actually started out my fitness journey with Zumba. I received the box set when I was 15, which marks 10 years of Zumba experience for me now. I lost alot of weight by doing Zumba. But all in all, it was by far the most enjoyable way for me to do it! Weights and running are great, but Zumba takes exercise or moving to a whole new level! (Well for me, at least.) You're not a dancer? Neither am I! But Zumba makes that irrelevant. 02.01.2022 Anatomical differences between men and women - Did you know? Women have a higher % of body fat than males. This weight is stored in the butt and thighs, whereas males store it in their bellies. Women see better in the dark, have higher levels of visual memory and better colour sight. Women have lower blood pressure and faster heartbeats.... Men are more likely to be colour blind than women. Men have better depth perception and can see further. Men are 10% larger and have 30% more upper body strength than women on average. Men are more prone to illness than women. Men have larger lungs and hearts, (burning calories faster because of having a larger heart) while women have larger stomachs, kidneys and thyroid glands. See more
