23.01.2022 It dausnt happen overnight.... You cant just go to the gym or group fitness class once and SEE results...however small changes add to positive results on the inside & outside... Changing bad habits takes time & perseverance. Dont get discouraged if you dont see results straight away!... Changing your diet to whole, fresh unprocessed foods will not only help with fat loss it will also help reduce viscural fat (fat arround your organs) and reduce the risk of disease and heart attack! Exercise ATLEAST 30mins per day! Get a good nights sleep aim for 8hours! Stay hydrated by drinking minimum 1.5L of water per day! Try to reduce stress! Just by making small changes you can add years to your life, be able to stay active & limit the risk of disease! You have got this! KEEP GOING! Amanda xx

If you are working out and are building muscle, getting stronger or toning remember that muscle weighs more then fat! The more muscle we have means the more body fat we will burn!... The number on the scales is not what you should be focusing on! always take your measurements pay attention to the fit of your clothing listen to your body AND REMEMBER....
