20.01.2022 We welcome you to attend this exciting event! this October, we'd like to invite everyone for a night to remember! Students from the University of Technology Sydney have partnered with Team Xtreme Australia who are currently supporting MS Limited, as UTS students will be hosting a fundraising event to help raise money and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Team Xtreme Australia are a group of social cyclists and runners, male and female of all ages, mixed abilities and all... bike types, who ride and run for fun, fitness and most of all friendship. They also take the opportunity to fundraise for good causes to help those who are in need and are less fortunate and have successfully completed many big cycling events, both locally and internationally and some of their team members have participated in several local and international running events too. Over the last 9 years Team Xtreme Australia have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charities like, MS Australia, Cancer Council, Randwick Children’s Hospital and many other reputable charities. 04.01.2022 "Individuals with MS will likely experience double vision or blurry vision at some point. Some may also partially or entirely lose their sight. This often happens to one eye at a time. People who experience partial or full vision problems are more likely to end up with some level of permanent vision loss. According to the Multiple Sclerosis Trust, 70% of people with MS will experience optic neuritis at least once during the course of the disease.
