13.01.2022 The Great Wall of the Sisters.

11.01.2022 #choosetochallenge. Fix it Sisters celebrate International Women’s Day 2021. Our challenge is to reuse, recycle and repurpose to create some amazing pieces of artwork! Using push bike inner tubes to make earrings, cushion covers, handbag and to reupholster outdoor chairs. Converting plumbing materials into candelabra, bangalow palm into a vase or concrete earrings! Our Shed is also a creative lab where we experiment and explore the possibilities.

08.01.2022 The Fix it Sisters are back!! And we are now in our new home for the next 12 years. We’ve been very busy behind the scenes setting up our new Shed so we can start welcoming new members and friends. We’ve had the paint brushes out, built a sound proof wall (we did use a qualified builder ) and sorting out the machinery & equipment layout as well as continuing to build wildlife habitats. We’ll give an update on that later. A big thank you to the #LugarnoLions for helping us with the move and their continued support.

07.01.2022 The Fix it Sisters met again last night for a board meeting - our first since January! It’s good to be getting back on track slowly but surely.
