24.01.2022 SCAM ALERT We’re seeing a growing number of people making large payments for fake tax debts. Don’t get caught! These phone calls will tell you that you owe ...money and need to pay it straight away or you’ll be arrested. The scammer will try to keep you on the line until you pay, often by unusual methods such as bitcoin, pre-paid credit cards or gift cards. If you get a call like this, hang up and don’t provide any info. We’ll never: threaten you with immediate arrest send unsolicited pre-recorded messages to your phone keep you on the line until a payment is made request payment of debts via bitcoin, gift cards or other vouchers. 22.01.2022 Many of us are now working from home, and this brings with it a whole new set of challenges (in addition to cabin fever, homeschooling, and sticky toddler finge...rs wandering across our keyboards). Although you may now be working from your bedroom instead of the boardroom, employers still have a legal responsibility and a moral duty of care to provide you with access to first aid supplies. Our FREE iFirstAid app and FREE downloadable First Aid Emergency Handbook will help ensure all employees have access to first aid information at their fingertips. We are also currently offering the hardcopy version of our First Aid Emergency Handbook at 40% off, via www.survivalfirstaidkits.net.au If you're a business owner or manager and need to order small or large quantities of First Aid KITs to protect your employees while they are working from home, we can help. We'll work with you to make this as easy as possible, and can even organise individual delivery to all members of your team. Send us a DM or email [email protected] to find out more. #survival #firstaid #workingfromhome #homesafety #workplacesafety #WHS #dutyofcare #firstaidapp #firstaidkit #emergencyhandbook #employees #employers #business #covid19 #coronavirus #allinthistogether

17.01.2022 We are very pleased to now be part of the B1G1 initiative. From today, for each tax return we lodge we will give 2 days of digital training skills to aboriginal communities. For this project all funds raised by B1G1 are matched by the Magid Foundation. All funds raised are spent on or in remote Aboriginal communities, supporting digital access and wifi hotspots. Access to reliable wifi internet and computers is more important than ever. If remote Aboriginal people can access the information, communications, educational resources, services and goods they need on-line, they can stay home and stay safe!

13.01.2022 As a B1G1 Business For Good, we incorporate purpose and meaning to our business through giving. Together, we are making a great difference in the world by doing what we do every day. In 2007, B1G1 started with a simple idea: What if every business could make a difference in their own way, just by doing what they normally do?

04.01.2022 We're still here for you! As an essential service, Flagsmile Dental remains committed to continue providing quality dental care in a safe, sensible and cari...ng manner. In line with recent advice from the Australian Government, all private dental practices that are still operating are now also required to triage appointments and restrict the types of dental procedures provided. Unsure whether you meet the criteria for emergency or urgent dental care? Please give us a call! We're here to help as much as we can in this rapidly evolving situation. If you have an appointment booked with Flagsmile Dental - please be on the lookout for a phone call from us. We will advise you regarding next steps. Due to the increased demand for our services, and the need to triage appointments, we have temporarily disabled our online booking feature. We're still here for you - so please do give us a call to see how we can help. <3 Thank you again for your support. We stand together (at a physically acceptable distance)! From the friendly team at Flagsmile Dental 07 55469710

03.01.2022 We are very pleased to now be part of the B1G1 initiative. From today, for each new business client we take on we will donate to provide 2 square meters of rainforest protection in Australia. While most of the Daintree Rainforest was declared a World heritage Area in 1988, areas of the Daintree Lowland Rainforest were not included and were subsequently divided into rural residential lots. Rainforest Rescue is on a mission to redeem approximately 180 rainforest properties by 2040 with high conservation status to reduce the amount of fragmentation of the rainforest.
