Our client needed to meet Certifier requirements by Monday morning after being notified on a Friday afternoon of the non compliant location (too close to the electrical sub station). Flame Services had the area cleared, Old Hydrant Booster removed, Hydrant Booster moved down 10 meters with all pipe work laid within 24 Hours on a Sunday!. Client... being able to pass inspection. 23.01.2022 This entire 30 year old building of 64 apartments in Pyrmont was put on notice by Sydney City Council for poor Fire protection measures. After the Grenfell Tower fire incident in London, Sydney City council is not taking any chances. FLAME Services installed hardwired interconnected smoke alarms in all apartments as part of the stage 1 upgrade enforced by council. Stage 3 will commence shortly with a new Pertronic F220 Fire Indicator Panel and Occupant Warning System installed in the foyer.
