The building has been sold and we currently have new landlords but Gary and Anthony still own Flamingos Dance Bar! 17 years last month! We’ll have a belated birthday bash soon! ... We value the support of our FLAMily, and look forward to continue to party with you all during these crazy times of COVID19, with seated drinking and no dancing! A BIG Thank You to our special guest Paul Mabb, a pivotal member of our GLBTIQA+ community, who shared his story and helped us to understand the importance of the Change The Date Campaign! ... With the out pouring of support, shown by the huge turn out to Flamingos last night, one of our biggest nights at High Altar so far, we were able to help raise a total of $1400, which will be donated to Karadi Aboriginal Corporation Tasmania, to help aid in the important work that they do for the Aboriginal community in Tasmania!
