22.01.2022 After a long wait with the excavation, we can see why it took so long!!! Salim from SEB constructions estimates the footing/basement will take around 40k bricks to get us to ground floor. So this will definitely be one of our biggest builds for a single dwelling property. These are some progress shots of what we’ve done since starting mid December. We’ll be working through the Christmas period to get this beast to slab of ground floor. We wish everyone has a safe and Merry Christmas!!

21.01.2022 Finished up the the building and sills!! Now we’ll wait for Georgie to clean the bricks and get the rest of the build complete before we return to do the front fence and letterbox.

16.01.2022 Knocked these 2 9inch garage walls up for John Sweet while waiting for scaffold to be ready on another job. Builder: j.a & j.a sweet builders Pty Ltd Project: 230mm garage walls Location: Cronulla

13.01.2022 Finished up the front fence at Georgie’s and seen that main buildings been clean and come out looking the goods!!!!

12.01.2022 50k bricks later....... the basement/footing is ready for the ground floor slab to be poured.
