24.01.2022 What can I say!! My brain Is in overload from the last 3 days of learning new and exciting things for my Masters in functional Training!! Aswell as our usual Saturday parkrun by the water and out onto the pier, then taking my girl to Eat street for the biggest food feast possible. I had the best weekend and now to put what I've learned into action!! Thanks True Technique for the awesome weekend!!

Next weeks times for MT TYSON BOOTCAMP is: 3.45pm Monday 02 November - kids 4.30pm Monday 02 November - adults 3.45pm Wednesday 04 November - kids 4.30pm Wednesday 04 November - adults That’s right... Monday’s and Wednesday’s!! Send us a message if you’re keen to join in and give it a go. $15 for one adult session... $10 if you do the second adult session. $5 for kids per session.
19.01.2022 Just like reading and writing, children have to learn how to move... I know there were plenty of children watching their parents exercise out at Mt Tyson yesterday so we are now taking bookings for a Children's Mini Bootcamp. This will be held on a Wednesday afternoon at 3.45pm before the adults bootcamp. The cost will be $5 per child (what a bargain) and the session will go for half an hour. Please let me know the ages of your children that will be attending so we can make sure the exercises are appropriate!
19.01.2022 How good is this rain!! Let’s hope there’s a clear patch of weather this afternoon so we can get our first Bootcamp happening! The call will be made by 2pm if it needs to be cancelled... Otherwise I look forward to meeting some new faces! 4.30pm start (get there a bit earlier to fill out paperwork) at the Mt Tyson tennis club. See you there!

16.01.2022 The weeks are getting on and everyone is finding out their strengths and weeknesses in fitness! I couldn’t be any prouder of how much consistency and strength everyone has put into the boot camps so far!! The numbers we have been getting is phenomenal and I hope everyone is starting to see some changes within themselves. 14.01.2022 I've signed myself up for the National Breast Cancer Foundation's 55 Squat Challenge - challenging myself and my clients to complete 55 squats every day throughout the month of March. This is in support of the 55 Australians diagnosed every day with breast cancer and to raise funds for breast cancer research to help lower the statistics. 55 squats. Every. Single. Day. 04.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM A little about Charlene: Growing up participating in Little Athletics and soccer, I have always had an interest in health and fitness. Even tho...ugh I have drifted away from the running and sport, I have still kept within the fitness industry as I started my own Personal Training business in 2009. I am qualified with a certificate 3 & 4 in fitness, cert 4 in small business management and I am an NDIS approved trainer. Also I am Metafit, MetaPwr & Boxfit certified. Currently I am furthering my knowledge with Master Functional Training course. My mission statement is Bringing Out The Best In You, and this is exactly what I aim to achieve with all of my clients. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, train to become apart of the emergency services or just keep up with general health and fitness, they are all areas I am more than happy to assist with! Something most people wont know about me: One of my ultimate goals with athletics was to get into the Olympics for sprints. I trialled out for the Sydney 2000 Olympics and missed out by 0.2 of a second! After that small set back I took up soccer for 8 years where I was lucky enough to represent Queensland. In 2008 I came down with Glandular Fever which put a set-back to my sport so that’s when I finally had the time to study to become a personal trainer! I wouldn’t change any of my experiences as they have all made me the person I am today and I will always try my best to help all of my clients reach their potential and goals!!
