24.01.2022 The work flow goes on........ and it needs to. What am I doing to keep my space safe you ask. Well, Im : Doing additional cleaning & disinfecting throughout and especially high traffic areas daily... Postponing events and larger meetings/ workshops Promoting high standards of hygiene practices COVID19 is upon us and Fleks acknowledges the extraordinary times we face. Personally, as the owner/ operator of Fleks it is my mission is to keep this space clean and safe. I take this responsibility seriously. Im not coming from a place of fear or panic but rather prevention and as a member of the greater community Im reassessing my business practices to suit the current situation. Yes, weve already had cancelations/ postponements of events and workshops some of which I have enforced, others which my clients have wisely actioned. Will it affect my bottom line- yes, of course! But, where Im coming from Id rather be operational and low key than completely shut! Interestingly enough the demand for private offices and dedicated desks (well spaced out, of course) continues. I believe coworking spaces may benefit from corporate work places decentralising their workforce, either way there is shift underway. So, its not all negative, its changed conditions.
