22.01.2022 So lucky to have our restaurant in the heart of the Blue Mountains, Leura! The restaurant is local heritage, built at the end of the 19th century. It was a private house for many years until converted into a restaurant about 20 years ago. We took over the restaurant almost 5 years ago (time really flies!) and started Flemish Flavours after working out of our waffle van cooking Brussels waffles at local markets in the Blue Mountains. We worked really hard in the last years t...o open up the gardens surrounding the main house so all locals and Blue Mountains visitors can enjoy the old beauty flemishflavours has to offer! We started 7 years ago cooking waffles at the local markets in our 1950 caravan food truck and now we are running this busy restaurant. 14.01.2022 With fourteen Trappist breweries left in the world @Chimay.Trappist has earn their reputation for brewing outstanding beer and CHEESE! We are excited to have to opportunity to serve the Chimay cheese as part of our cheese board, pairing perfectly with a number of beers from the Chimay range. We were lucky enough to visit the Chimay monastery a few years ago and experience first hand how the cheese is made. The cows a free range and fed the leftovers from the brewery. This adds a richness to the cheese that is then washed in Chimay Red beer First in best dressed We look forward to seeing you soon ;)

What an incredible 5 years it has been - starting a business from scratch and then having two little ones born here in the Blue Mountains. We are so humbled that we could share this restaurant with you over the last 5 years and are so grateful for all your support. It has been an incredible adventure and there will be many more to come!
