I recently treated Simons Gourmet Gallery at Chapel Hill and I have to say it's spotless. If not the cleanest place I've ever treated it's very close. I rarely see this level of hygiene so I thought it was worthy of mentioning. A very well run business, everything is fresh and packed daily.
